Countdowns

In a new composition, create a new solid layer and go to Effect >> Text >> number. At 0 seconds, change the value to 30 on the value/offset/random. Keyframe this and do the same for 30 seconds but change the value to 0. This should count down from the beginning to end of the timeline.
